Current Immunization Records
Emergency Information Card
Official Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Communion Certificate (when applicable)
Current legal court documents (if applicable)
I-20 for International Students
If a student is transferring from another Catholic school, all accounts must be cleared at the sending school before registration and enrollment can be completed.
Completed applications may be mailed, faxed, e-mailed or dropped off in person M-F between 10 a.m. - 2 pm.
2020-2021 Student Tuition and Fees
Application: $50 (New families!)
On or Before April 30th: $200
Starting May 1st: $300
Tuition & Fees
Part-time (3 day): $4,620
Part-time (2 day): $3,360
Enrichment and Sports activity fees will vary in season and length. Fees may range from $150 - $350.
Payments accepted by cash, check, or money order and credit/debit cards (A 3% transaction service fee applies to all debit/credit card transactions.) Must be registered in FACTS Tuition Management Program regardless of plan.
Pay in full tuition by June 1, 2020 and receive a 4% discount. (FACTS annual fee $20)
Pay in Ten equal monthly installments – June 2020 – March 2021. (FACTS annual fee $50)
Pay in Twelve equal monthly installments – June 2020 – May 2021. (FACTS annual fee $50)
